Today's World is global. It means your identity, values, and products are everywhere and all around the world.  This common share is like a chain. This is a supply chain. All the individuals, organizations, resources, activities, and technology involved in a network work accordingly.

Nowadays Supply chain managers are demanded by Businesses according to LinkedIn and Indeed data. In particular, the UK demands Supply chain managers on jobs site such as LinkedIn and Indeed. According to the Financial Times news, the demand rose 22 percent between 2019 and 2021.

Lucy Harding, head of the supply chain practice at headhunter Odgers Berndtson, said that businesses must hire Supply chain professionals because they have become more important before. Moreover, these professionals identify potential supply chain problems before they hit, including those caused by political instability.

In this occupation, nowadays keyword is resilience. Because today's world many problems can be occurred such as war, health problems, conflicts, etc.

Some companies sought to create resilience teams to predict possible scenarios. An executive at a big food producer said that “We were saying, ‘We need to be better at this. Let’s get some experts in supply chain management.”
